Tim graduated from Edgewood College in Madison, WI with a degree in Accounting and Finance. His career started at The Burish Group of UBS Financial Services in Madison. He then spent several years working in public accounting with Baker Tilly and Grant Thornton.

After being in public accounting he wanted to get back to helping people on a personal basis by helping them with their personal finances. Tim is someone who can take a very complex subject and explain it to anyone, no matter what prior knowledge they may have on the subject. 

Tim received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2010, immediately following his graduation from Edgewood. He recently completed his Masters of Accountancy degree from Edgewood College and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Tim has also passed his Series 65 exam allowing him to register as an Investment Advisor with the State of Wisconsin. His passion for knowledge and growing in his career is what puts him ahead of the rest. 

Starting Wilson Financial has always been a dream for Tim to allow him the ability to help others. Tim grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, which he loves to visit whenever possible. He is very close with his family and enjoys spending time with them. Tim also enjoys a variety of hobbies such as; tennis, golf, home-brewing, cooking, Badger basketball & football, Brewers and the Green Bay Packers.
